How we work
From the first conversation to an improvement you can verify
We start with a specific need and move forward with an agreed scope, testing with your team and criteria to assess each step. You do not need a fully defined solution before talking to us.
-
01
First conversation
We listen to what makes work difficult and what you would like to improve. We establish whether there is an area where we can help.
- What we need from you
- An explanation of the problem, who is involved and which tools you use.
- What is defined
- A shared initial need and the next step to consider.
-
02
Assessment
We review processes, data sources and environmental constraints before proposing technology.
- What we need from you
- Agreed access to relevant information and the people who know the process.
- What is defined
- Priorities, technical constraints and improvement opportunities.
-
03
Proposal and scope
We specify what is included, what is excluded and how results will be validated. Responsibilities and scheduling are agreed before implementation.
- What we need from you
- Validation of priorities, responsible people and acceptance criteria.
- What is defined
- A proposal with agreed deliverables, phases and conditions.
-
04
Implementation and validation
We prepare the solution in stages and review it with your team. Testing and rollout are adapted to plant operations.
- What we need from you
- User participation in testing and coordination of the rollout.
- What is defined
- Reviewed releases and a rollout validated against the agreed scope.
-
05
Follow-up
We review indicators and actual use to decide what needs adjustment and whether extending the solution makes sense.
- What we need from you
- Team feedback and a joint review of available results.
- What is defined
- Agreed improvement actions and support or development needs.
Before getting started
Do we need to replace existing systems?
Not necessarily. We first review what already works and which integration options are available. Any replacement is assessed against the need and technical feasibility.
Can we start with a single line or process?
We can consider a clearly bounded first area. The assessment helps establish dependencies and agree what can be validated before expanding.
What happens after rollout?
Support, maintenance and development needs are defined in the proposal. Follow-up allows us to review use and results; it does not imply an unlimited service.
